Looking for an Executive with result and data-driven and strong business mindset to acquire more new users globally

What you'll do :

  • Assist the manager to develop global growth strategy including acquisition and activation in full funnel channels (covering paid digital and owned channels)
  • Provide direction and monitor global media channels with Local City Team, including earned channels (including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram), paid channels (including facebook, google, programmatic, affiliate...etc.)
  • Recommend, develop, monitor SEO and ASO strategies to generate traffic, drive the performance of campaigns, and to enhance brand awareness
  • Optimize, monitor & analyse all acquisition efforts being run on various channels, By working with Local City Team and Data Analysis Team to dig out insights to drive performance uplift and formulate different local activations
  • Explore new channel and ad-tech solution to improve the acquisition performance
  • Drive performance A / B testing and workout the experiment framework to improve the channel efficiency

  • Data-Driven : To utilize existing data on hand to make informed decisions
  • Team-player : To be able to understand team challenges & to be able to build team empathy in while delivering results at the same time.
  • Collaborative mindset : You will have to work with multiple stakeholders to plan, implement & measure all branding efforts & strategies across multiple markets.
  • What you'll need :

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
  • 1 year+ relevant experience in digital marketing (Media Planning, Social Media, Digital Campaign, CRM, SEM, SEO). More experience will consider as Senior Executive
  • Understanding of digital marketing ad-tech, ad-tracking, all biddable ad platforms (Like Facebook Ad Manager, Google Awards, DV360 etc) and channel ecosystems
  • Data and results-driven
  • Proactive attitude and a team player
