You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries related to credit card and providing clerical support in the Authorization Team of our credit card center.
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes :
Secondary educated or above. 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
Good customer service skills and telephone manner
Independent and able to work under pressure
Able to work on Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays and 2 - 3 days on weekdays
Working hours : around 6 - 8 hours between 10 : 00 - 22 : 00
