We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant eBroking Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • Support digital activities from initial engagement through to ongoing feature enablement supporting all business readiness activity including UAT, training, procedure manual, release management
  • Ability in understanding and handling customer needs by offering relevant products, services and solutions
  • Monitor, evaluate and provide insights regarding the performance of digital channels and wholesales business. Ability in identifying any suspicious trading activities
  • Assist in digital transformation projects and drive the implementation of digital platforms to enhance sales and service efficiency and effectiveness
  • Requirements

  • University degree holder
  • Currently registered under SFC Type 1 Regulated Activity. Candidate does not have SFC Type 1 license, he or she will be required to pass HKSI Licensing Exam Papers 1,7 and 8
  • Solid experience in driving digital initiatives or securities products or customer service
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in navigating through multiple digital platforms
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently, handle and manage challenging tasks and deadlines
  • Familiar with MS Office applications and project management tools
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills with ability to consider alternative solutions
