Responsibilities

Work with senior consultants within the team, and match the most suitable candidates to different banking and finance positions

Handle full cycle recruitment process, including ad posting, CV screening, candidate shortlisting and salary negotiations

Identify and approach suitable candidates using applicant tracking systems, candidate databases and warm / cold calls

Carry out initial screening over the phone and arrange face to face meetings to understand the candidate in detail and build rapport

Regularly catch up with candidates to provide the highest level of service

Manage ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirement

Tertiary education or above in any discipline

Minimum 1-2 year of experience in recruitment, experience in banking and financial segment is preferred

Work independently on self motivation is a must.

Demonstrate good negotiation and strong customer service skills

Self-driven and out-going personality

Strong organizational and time management skills

Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
