Responsible for the bidding process regarding large, complex proposals including IT service solutions, process design consulting or manufacturing services.

Manages the bid submission process from initial contact through contract signing; places particular emphasis on establishing the trading terms.

May also be responsible for validating / endorsing the technical solution. Employees at the highest authority levels may sign off on bids and proposals.

Working at NTT

Lead, Evaluate, qualify, understand, implement and propose proposals in accordance with the bid management process with the aim of winning profitable business.

  • Evaluate the requirements of the business opportunities and NTT capabilities.
  • Drive the virtual Bid team to establishes the pursuit governance, including status calls, Bid review and updates, risk and issue analysis.
  • Organize the virtual bid team by placement of internal resources and definition of roles and responsibilities amongst the members of the virtual team Experienced professional from within the ICT industry.
  • Resolve any key issues for the preparation of quality proposal with the virtual Bid team.
  • Follow the bid management process to define the optimal bid strategy to meet deal objectives.
  • Set up timelines and milestones for the proposal preparation.
  • What will make you a good fit for the role?

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • 5 years+ with solid experience of working with Telecommunications field / Global System Integrators / ICT organizations.
  • 5 years+ working in a bid management capacity Experienced professional from within the ICT industry.
  • Experienced in sales pursuit management, value analysis, high tech industries.
  • Understand the basics of the Bid Management Process .
  • Good at facilitation of process, communication, and co-ordination with different stakeholders.
  • Good at problem analysis and logical thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Analytical mind and good evaluation capability.
  • Fluent in English writing and communication.
