Collaborate with different motor verticals, Operations & IT teams and drive synergy for process improvement.
Engage with Business Vendors as and when required, for effective deployment, defect testing and ensure timely roll out of mistake-proof processes.
Collaborate with business heads to understand process / system gaps & propose solutions
Leading process redesign workshops
Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users
Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes, ensuring the proposed solutions are adapted.
Partner with technology experts (internal and external as needed) to align processes and systems
Identify and define data assets that relate to Motor Dealer function.
Includes reporting, online analytical processing, analytics, dashboard development, process mining, complex event processing, business performance management and benchmarking.
Analyzing data to identify areas where Motor Dealer Function can improve. Gathering and analyzing data to provide solutions to potential business obstacles.
Developing policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data.
