Main Responsibilities
Manage IT operations / Data Center services delivery in accordance with best practices, agreed SLA and Regulatory requirements
Develop and manage IT policies, procedures and documentation
Facilitate internal or external auditors, compliance and regulatory governance parties on audit / governance programs
Assist to manage projects for Data Center efficiency improvements and coordinate with other working teams for project activities
Provide the first level support to manage the incident and facilitate the IT Teams to manage the problem and changes of Tools / Application in order to maintain a high level of availability
Conduct evaluation and control on various IT products during the procurement process
Perform ad-hoc task as assigned
Requirements
Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline
Minimum 5 years related work experience, preferably gained in banking or financial industry
Sound Knowledge of IT operations and support in backing industry is preferable
Experience in project management or data center services will be an advantage
Holder of ITIL / CDCP / CDCMP / CISA is an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua
Strong communication, problem solving, negotiation, organizational and project management skills
