Requirements :

At least 5 years’ solid experience in book-keeping, finance and office administration, and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

F. 7 or above, LCC intermediate. Degree holders are given preference.

Proactive, willing to take up challenges, with strong communication and analytic skills

Able to work under pressure and tight deadline

Good command of Mandarin and English

Excellent judgment and strong, proactive problem solving skills

Duties :

Check invoices and process cash & check payments

Prepare vouchers and monthly cash accounts

Monitor cash-flow

Maintain efficient filing of accounting records

Prepare routine correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations independently

Process funds requests

Process MPF contribution and file tax returns

Reimbursement of travelling expenses

Allocation of expenses to budget accounts

Prepare bank reconciliation and follow up outstanding items

Maintenance of petty cash

Operation supplies management, support in IT, HR and office relocation project
