Overview
This is one of the well-known foreign banks in Hong Kong with strong present at corporate banking around the globe. They are looking for a Cyber Security Specialist to join the team to look after their ongoing upgrade in cyber security standard.
Role Responsibilities
You will formulate security policy, guidelines, and procedures across the bank under HKMA regulation
Formulate IT risk management framework, policies, guidelines and procedures
Perform control and log review, and support and solution
Investigation of any technology related frauds and incidents.
To recommend and implement changes to procedures and systems designed to enhance systems security
Assess the potential cybersecurity impact of emerging technologies and innovations
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology Minimum 5 years related experience in Cybersecurity
Certifications under ECF-C professional level; CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC
Experience in security practices and standards for banking solid understanding of C-RAF, ISO27001
previous server administration skill and networking technology, program development skill has advantage
Good project management, leadership analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in English and Cantonese
