Performance Improvement Practice :
Within A&M, Performance Improvement Practice works with Private Equity and Corporate clients throughout the business cycle by furnishing transaction advisory, performance improvement, turnaround, interim and crisis management.

Due to tremendous demand within Asia region, A&M Asia is looking to hire Manager (depending on relevant experience) level candidates in our Hong Kong Performance Improvement Practice.
Based in Hong Kong , this position will be responsible of researches, analytical / problem solving, modeling, and report / presentation preparation, to support various engagements of complex and high-profile situations.
Native Cantonese and fluent in English and Mandarin
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Engineering, MBA is an advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, ideally with performance improvement related projects in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, financial services, and / or TMT
Strong analytical skills who are able to build models and crunch numbers under time pressure
Good presentation, problem-solving and execution skills
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and high level of energy
Positive attitude and excellent people skills to collaborate with different teams, counterparts and stake holders to achieve different milestones
Willingness to travel and work in stressful situation
