In this dynamic role, you will play an active part in ensuring that our Commodities and Global Markets equities and trading businesses continue to comply with relevant regulatory requirements and Macquarie compliance policies.
You will develop and review compliance controls, produce and implement sales and trading policies, and be involved in reviewing and / or preparing responses to regulatory inquiries and investigations, regulatory reports, management reports and other ad hoc reports.
Your excellent communication skills will naturally help you engage in discussion and provide advisory support to our business stakeholders.
Your robust understanding of regulatory frameworks and trading rules in Hong Kong and other major Asian markets will also make you a trusted point of contact for the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Market on trading matters.
Ideally, you will have a track record of solid experience gained within an investment banking and regulatory environment.
Your prior experience working in a fast-paced trading floor environment will be highly valued. Your ability to work independently to meet deadlines and determine priorities will add to your success.
