We are looking for a Stewarding Supervisor based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Stewarding Supervisor, we rely on you to :

  • Supervise the daily operations of the Stewarding Department
  • Ensure the operations of the Stewarding Department is effective and efficient, including supervision of cleaning processes, stock control and maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in the Hotel
  • Supervise all aspects of cleaning supplies, ordering, receiving, storage and issuing
  • Oversee staff schedule, train and develop tothe Hotel standard
  • Manage and maintain storage of Stewarding store properly with records
  • May be assigned special duties by SM-F&B (Steward) from time to time.
  • Be environmentally friendly, reduce waste, recycle when possible, and reuse whenever applicable.
  • We are looking for someone who has :

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience with supervisory responsibility in a sizable orgnaisation
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Approachable and value teamwork
  • Proactive, customer and business oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
