  • Handle Inbound and Outbound service calls to customers.
  • The Role Responsibilities

  • To handle Inbound and Outbound service calls to customers
  • Attend to emails enquires and provide prompt responses
  • Mark follow up calls to customer in relations to their service requests
  • Prepare regular report and conduct reconciliation
  • Our Ideal Candidate

  • Call centre experience is preferable
  • Financially numerate with excellent Excel and PC skills
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines and time pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin preferable
