    The events portfolio is growing and while our two largest events remain Mobile World Congress Barcelona and Mobile World Congress Shanghai, our Mobile World Congress Americas event attracted over 20,000 attendees in 2017, its first year.

    We also manage the GSMA mobile360 Series, a series of events in cities around the world that includes a thought leadership conference, a leadership forum, and networking opportunities.

    About the Role

    GSMA seeks an experienced CRM Manager based in Hong Kong reporting to the Senior Manager of Database Marketing / CRM.

    This CRM Manager will be responsible for the demand generation and lead management strategy for the MWC Shanghai.

    The successful candidate must be data-driven, effective at working in fast paced environment and capable of building target market lists, gathering insights about our buyers and report on campaign results.

    Must have a strong curiosity about website users / leads, and how to anticipate their needs by understanding behaviors.

    Must be action-oriented and a self-starter, well experienced with developing a scalable campaign cadence that can significantly increase the MQLs for the sales team while mapping those campaigns to the various touch points along the buyer’s journey.

    International travel will be required (up to 10%).

    Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Developing both the communication and segmentation strategy for MWC Shanghai
  • Creating, managing, and executing lead generation programs and metrics that are aligned with revenue goals
  • Customer Journey Mapping, analysing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities
  • Assisting in the development of other marketing campaigns
  • Building and deploying multi-channel marketing campaigns and analysing customer responses and customer behaviour to provide recommendations
  • Developing and maintaining performance dashboard for marketing campaigns
  • Reporting of weekly, monthly and annual key analytics / milestones (project, email, and financial).
  • Provide marketing insights for optimization of marketing campaigns and key marketing efforts
  • Support all Marketing Automation initiatives for MWC Shanghai
  • Setting tracking measures and reporting to support of Marketing internal and external campaigns
  • About You

  • Years of marketing database management experience , data mining, or CRM experience.
  • Few years o experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Marketo, Adobe campaign or similar marketing campaign management / marketing automation software.
  • Few years experience with Salesforce automation / CRM system such as Salesforce, Ms Dynamics, NetSuite (Salesforce is a plus).
  • You can demonstrate knowledge and experience with customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
  • You are have an innovative, positive, and self-directed attitude, and interested in figuring out solutions to problems.
  • You have knowledge and experience with new media, website and mobile marketing
  • You have advanced MS-Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) that are required for data manipulation and reporting.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree
  • You are fluent in English and Mandarin (an additional language would be a definite advantage).
  • You are not content in doing the same thing every day.
