About Our Client

Our client is an international investment firm with over 30 years of history offering asset management, corporate finance, wealth management and securities services.

It is based in HK with offices across APAC, Europe and the US.

Job Description

  • Manage and supervise an admin team including regional team heads, drivers, tea ladies, receptionists and assistants
  • Work closely with team on facilities management, event organisation and office maintenance
  • Vendor management on regular service and pricing review
  • Act as the gatekeeper to ensure decisions made align with company policy
  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in global office management and multiple team supervision
  • Proven ability to build, manage, motivate and mentor diverse teams of people
  • Experience in managing office facilities and vendors
  • Strategic thinker, team player, great customer service orientation
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin
