What You’ll Be Doing
Manage Global OEM Account businesses.
Manage high-level relationship with strategic customers.
Build up communication channels with customers and colleagues in regional and global basis.
Drive business growth with strategic customers and suppliers.
Increase customer’s attachment rate to Arrow Group by promoting cross-selling solutions.
Deep-dive to customers’ unmet needs and leverage on solutions provided by Arrow Group for incremental business.
Work closely with different sales BU, marketing team, and supply chain team to execute and support customer overall demand in Asia.
Contract review and negotiations with partners at a regional level.
What we are looking for
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; preferably Finance, Business Management, MBA.
Experienced in global account management experiences.
Solid supply chain, procurement for big OEM account knowledge.
Able to develop and build influential and strategic relationship with senior management and executive level.
Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues from different functions / regions
Strong in analytical thinking and influencing skills
Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
Good presentation skills
Demonstrating good planning, project management, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills in English is required, Mandarin is preferable but not essential.
