Information Technology and Sustainability Division will provide innovative technology solutions that contribute significantly to the Club's mission and strategic objectives.
You will :
Prepare reports and manage the schedule for Leadership team, all PSC meetings and ad hoc requirements from management
Be the focal party in managing the Repair and Maintenance’ spending, requisitions and forecasting between Strategic Programme and BAU team
Prepare data mining and reporting such as timesheet utilization, financial and other ad-hoc reports
Support IT project delivery reports, such as testing assurance reports
Provide the project management activities for programme delivery and its daily operation
Collaborate with other teams to perform the above tasks. These teams include the CIWS Programme PMO, the IT Strategy & Governance team, The ITIOS team and the programme delivery teams.
You should have :
Information Technology university degree holder that has experience in supporting IT programme or project teams
Sound knowledge and experience of core IT Project Management principles and the successful application of these in supporting projects / programmes
Project financial administration, data mining, and reporting experience (4+ years) with experience of scripting and automation of report generation
Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
The ability to work in detail and independently as well as in a team setting
Excellent with MS and computer applications
Previous experience in a PMO governance environment reporting on IT Projects and programmes mandatory
Good project financial & analytical kills
Ability to work in detail and independently
Contribute to the successful reporting tracking and monitoring of the Strategic Programmes
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
