  • Our client is a well-established banking organization in Hong Kong. They are looking for an experienced HR professional to join them in the Human Resources function.
  • Job Description

  • To lead a small team to provide professional HR services, including manpower planning, recruitment, advisory on HR issues, etc, to line managers
  • To ensure HR activities are in compliance with bank policies & local regulations
  • To oversee the Employee Relations matters of the bank
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in human resources management in which at least 2 years at managerial level. Exposure in banking & finance industry is a must
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
  • Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.
