Senior Manager, Customer Information Maintenance

Reporting to the Head of General Banking Support from Operations Division, you will supervise all teams in Customer Information Department in providing timely and qualified customer information maintenance services to customers, including all account and customer maintenance works, remittance & credit card application processing, account investigation, audit confirmation, document imaging and document retrieval works.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Plan, drive and manage all departmental projects and improvement initiatives
  • Review and streamline operations flow and processes; review and revise departmental procedures and policies on a regular basis
  • Prepare and review MIS reports, budgets and operational risk reports of the department
  • Ensure all deliverables of the department are in compliance with related policies, procedural manuals and terminal guidelines and meet all the committed service standards
  • Evaluate and mitigate operational risks in all processes handled by the department
  • To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes :

  • Degree holder in Finance, Banking, Economics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant banking experience, of which at least 5 years in supervisory level
  • Good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
