A leading Professional Services firm is now hiring for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join their expanding team on a 6 months project.
The role will mainly be focused on Content Marketing for the region but also will have exposure in Events management and Digital initiatives.
This role has a high chance of turning permanent based on the candidate's performance.
About the role :
Research, plan, develop and write thought leadership content that positions the company as a best-in-class partner and forward-
thinking employer. These include : survey, whitepapers, salary survey, senior management speeches, press releases, and social media articles posts.
Work with in-house creative team and external vendors and copywriters to create articles, infographics and digital media with an editorial perspective
Conduct regularly research on market intelligence information to support content development such as whitepaper, survey, website content, market update etc
Event management - Responsible for the launch of thought leadership whitepapers and annual Salary Survey (including key messages, presentations, speeches and briefing notes) including press conferences, internal and external launch events, seminars and briefings
Work with local Marketing team to localise content for Mainland China and Taiwan
Lead the award submission process, including identifying relevant industry awards, collating input from the business and drafting submissions
Initiate and create engaging videos for both internal and external audiences (including writing scripts, filming and editing)
As the project lead for video-related projects and production across the region
Write digital content and responsible for regularly posting on various social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram etc.)
Coordinate with local Marketing team to deliver the right messages and promote various campaigns on social media channels
Responsible for the content update on Group websites across the region
Work with Digital Marketing team based in Singapore and UK closely for website optimisation and other digital initiatives
Create corporate brochures or any marketing materials for business needs
Execute global marketing campaigns and ensure are in line with the local business needs
Work as a team player and support for the launch of any global and local marketing initiatives
Support any other ad hoc projects as assigned
Professional fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Business proficiency in written Simplified Chinese is critical
Degree in Journalism / Communication / Marketing or related disciplines
At least 10 years’ relevant content and marcomm experience
Multimedia and social media savvy proactive and eager to produce creating video / posts for the business
Able to multi-task with detail-mind and strong business sense
Strong verbal and written communications skills
A self-starter with excellent time management, able to deliver high quality work under pressure and tight timeline.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build constructive working relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives
A can-do attitude enabling them to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
High level of project management skills
Proficiency in MS office applications and video-editing tools, knowledge in Photoshop is a plus
