The Job

Understand the manpower needs of the designated departments and districts

Partner with the hiring managers to attract and identify the right candidates

Drive the end to end resourcing processes from developing and posting job ads to making offers and getting appointees onboard

Support other team members in the other resourcing activities

Keep abreast of the labour market changes and recommend necessary actions to maintain competitiveness to candidates

Assist the team in building and upholding the employer brand of the company and support in other assignments or projects

The Person

University graduate with a degree preferably in business, management or any other related disciplines

Minimum 3 years of frontline, high volume recruitment experience, preferably in the retail, FMCG, manufacturing or logistics industry

Night Shift or Weekend duty may require per business needed

Organized with multitasking and time management skills

Ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

Experienced user in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
