Main Responsibilities :
1. Perform centralized procurement contract management, including but not limited to :
Review centralized procurement contracts
Setup management record for centralized procurement contracts
Follow-up procurement contract execution, including the progress of contract execution, any changes of contract, breach of - contract, contract expiration, contract renewal, etc.
Keep records for above circumstances.
Arrange and follow up performance evaluation for each contract with Procurement Request Unit and Procurement Request Management Unit
Other tasks related to centralized procurement contracts
2. Arrange procurement panel meetings
Coordinate the schedule of the related stakeholders
Send meeting invitations for all required meetings
3. Involve in Vendor Management (when necessary)
Review vendor application form and supporting documents.
Check vendor eligibility based on specified criteria.
Prepare vendor evaluation form.
Input vendor information into vendor list.
Regular arrange and review vendor evaluation records

Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management / vendor management / procurement / / legal or relevant experiences
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English
Confident, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible, be able to work independently
Proficient computer skills, including but not limited to Word, Excel and PPT
Good banking and law knowledge, good communication capabilities Requirements : - Bachelor degree or above, majoring in procurement management / supply chain management / Law and other related disciplines
