Aon is currently recruiting a Senior Account Executive - Premium, Pro-Rata & Claims to join our team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities :

  • Review reinsurance quarterly statement of accounts, premiums and claims from clients to ensure figures are properly registered in system and in accordance with contract terms
  • Monitor reinsurance quarterly statement of accounts status and claim supporting documents from clients
  • Review loss recovery / reinstatement premium calculation and claim supporting documents in accordance with contract terms and provide briefly translation if required, follow up claim approval with reinsurers and provide claim update to clients.
  • Manage queries from clients / reinsurers and respond in timely manner
  • Engaging with both clients and reinsurer markets to understand the needs and improve the operational efficiency
  • Monitor / liaise with Accounting Processor (Hub) on accounting or processing issues for the work accuracy to ensure no omission and error made
  • Coordinate with credit control team and client managers to resolve SOAs / accounting issues, answer questions and provide assistance
  • Support in project enhancement and participate in UAT if required, and other initiatives / duties as assigned by your direct manager
  • Assist managers with the trainings for outsourcing partner.
  • Requirements :

  • Graduate with Finance / Business / Insurance degree
  • Claims handling experience in reinsurance / insurance sector preferred.
  • Strong technical skills in MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically with good problem-solving skill
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Detailed minded, proactive, accurate and well organized.
  • Immediate available preferred.
