This is a key position in Sustainability Sourcing for an organized, passionate, and goal-oriented future leader who has great growth opportunity in sustainability via :
Connecting with internal and external expertise in Sustainability strategy in big picture
Owning project management within Sustainability Sourcing
Supporting Sourcing Sustainability strategy development
Driving major change initiatives across functions
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and drive overall project and workstreams deliverables in Sustainabile Sourcing (e.g. project planning, milestones execution and monitoring)
Support development of global recycling strategy on both documentation and content
Manage effective and timely communication on project progress and results to leaders
Lead interpretation of project results and translate into insights to steer the project successfully
Prepare project update / executive update to key stakeholders e.g. Souring SLTIdentify business opportunities through development of new capabilities, and align and balance cross-divisions’ interest
Fosters a team culture that encourages trust, open and constructive discussion of important issues

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Strong knowledge on Sourcing business, operations, process and systems
End-to-end mindset, big picture view of problems on hand
Strong stakeholder management, change management, and influencing skills
Strong presentation and storytelling skills
Strong Project management, lean six-sigma certification
Fluency in English (written and verbal), mandarin an advantage
Requisite Education and Qualifications :
Minimum 8years of relevant work experience in MNC environment (e.g. top tier consulting, project management, apparel / fashion, or supply chain management, background)
Within which 1-2 years of relevant project leadership, team management experiences
University degree, PMP and lean sigma certification preferred
Strong knowledge on Sourcing business, operations, process and systems preferred
Proven track records on wide areas of tools (e.g. Project planning, process mapping, enterprise solutions, Excel analytics, etc.)
