Applicants should have (i) a PhD degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics or other related disciplines; (ii) strong skills in environmental and cancer epidemiology;
iii) experience in laboratory and occupational health; (iv) familiarity with environmental exposure assessment; (v) good organizational and communication skills;
vi) a good command of both English and Chinese; and (vii) strong initiatives and team work spirit.
The appointee will work and contribute to the coordination and evaluation of ongoing research projects. He / She will be involved in (a) project management and coordination;
b) research planning and coordination; (c) quantitative and / or qualitative analysis on project data; (d) programme evaluation;
e) liaison with different stakeholders including non-government organizations; and (f) report writing and dissemination of findings.
Appointment will initially be made on a contract basis for up to two years commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
