However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for a Head of Share Kitchen to join our growing team to bring innovation into delivery.

We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Head of Shared Kitchen to join our fast-growing team based here in Hong Kong.

The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor as well as a strong team player comfortable working independently, supporting a team, and working closely with the management team to drive the country’s business forward.

This exciting new role will be leading the growing Shared Kitchen Vertical focused on innovative growth across the country.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the Shared Kitchen Vertical as a business lead and support driving growth in alignment with the country / organizational strategy
  • Assist with country Shared Kitchen strategy creation, success metric alignment, and ongoing execution to enable the enhancement and growth of the vertical locally
  • Work closely with Logistics, BI, Vendor Management, Finance and MDs to create compelling business cases for each Shared Kitchen project within the country
  • Oversee site selection, Design & Construction vendors, and manage each project from initial interest / site selection through vendor / operational partner on-
  • boarding and project opening / stabilization

  • Work with the operations, vendor and BI teams to select and liaise with vendors / operational partners for each unit with a focus on overall market strategy, cuisine gaps and growth opportunities
  • Support day to day unit performance across the country, and ensure vendors / operational partners are engaged and successful
  • Support shared kitchen vendors / operational partners ensuring needs are addressed and engage the vendor account manager as required
  • Assist Creative Design and Regional team in menu development and local integration
  • Oversee and support the vertical growth through pilot test inception / creation and market integration in conjunction with the operational partners and APAC Regional Team
  • Participate in regional calls / summits, and drive collaboration and best practice across the region
  • Reports into the country Operations Director
  • Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management or equivalent experience
  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience in preferably in F&B start-up with strong PnL mindset
  • Strong understanding in F&B regulatory
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Self-learner and can do attitude mentality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in setting up food courts is a plus
