Human Resources Officer (Training & Development)

Company : Corporation / Salary : $Negotiable

Responsibilities :

  • Identifying the training needs for all levels of staff and assisting in rolling out the performance management system;
  • Provide HR consultation and support services to business units to attract, retain and motivate talents;
  • Plan, develop and implement HR services in recruitment, L&D, employee relations programs and HR projects;
  • Work with different departments in various human resources initiatives in relation to performance management, employee relations and internal communications, etc.;
  • Assist in developing and enhancing HR policies and procedures;
  • Organize staff activities and staff functions (e.g. Employee Survey, Annual Dinner, Staff Care Functions, Outing etc.), encourage charity volunteer participation;
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Requirements :

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in financial institutions;
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance, related regulations & HR practice;
  • Hardworking, meticulous, self-motivated and a good team player;
  • Customer focused, strong sense of accountability;
  • Outgoing, excellent interpersonal, communications & influencing skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in PC applications;
  • Mature with positive mind-set as well as strong analytical skills;
  • Short notice is preferable.
