We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Partner Communication Executive to join our fun, professional and dedicated Commercial Department based here in Hong Kong.

Our Commercial Department oversees the end-to-end restaurant partners’ operations and businesses, from partners identification & signing to onboarding & account management, as well as new venture developments.

Our Account Management team operates under the Commercial Department, which is responsible for relationship management and strategic business planning, such as tailor-made branding and marketing campaigns, with the aim of growing the accounts’ portfolios in order to achieve their business goals!

Tasked with the care of a portfolio of restaurant partners, you will be expected to :

  • Manage relationships with existing restaurant partners by establishing contact to provide timely updates and answer inquiries by calls and emails
  • Oversee the overall sales operational process and handle escalation cases
  • Review the sales operational procedure by performing periodic quality check and conducting training or briefing to the frontline staff
  • Work with internal support functions to ensure that every deal that goes live on the platform meets quality standards
  • Support Partner Communication Manager to monitor all projects and ensure achievement of all revenue initiatives in coordination across teams
  • Leverage data and conduct analysis to optimize the business process as well as capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Familiar with all aspects of the foodpanda’s business model and the online food ordering market
  • Keep records on the useful information of sales meeting and external calls
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the extra mile to meet Monthly KPI elements
  • Requirements :

  • Tertiary education in Business / Hospitality Management, Communication or related disciplines, fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in Sales Operation and Project Management within the areas of F&B, media, advertising and e-commerce are preferable
  • Able to speak, read & write in English and Cantonese fluently, Mandarin will be an advantage
  • A proficient communicator, strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn
  • Strong numerical sense and analytical skills with good commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Your ambitions to work independently with flexibility under specific timeframe make you an ideal match for our motivated team
  • Knowledge in the use of Salesforce & Tableau will be an advantage
