Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for overseeing and back up executing the supply chain fulfillment functions including shipment tracking, importation, warehousing, distribution and sales order processing.
  • Streamline and maintain appropriate workflows and systems to ensure the operation efficiency

  • Being the main contact window for supply chain locally for cross function team, need to coordinate end to end supply chain process via collaborating with planning team (sourcing, demand and supply planning and purchasing).
  • Responsible for budget / forecast and LRP planning, monthly cost variance follow up.
  • Manage 3rd party service provider to ensure their performance to meet KPI standard.
  • Monitor the operation of distributors and review their performance regularly.
  • Develop and standardize operation reporting and KPI reporting to the management and regional team. Supervise HK end to end supply chain operation.
  • Monitor and control the supply chain cost to achieve maximum cost saving.

  • Drive supply chain wise projects for continuous process improvement, cost saving and meet customer needs
  • Arrange product re-call for quality issue products.
  • Liaise with internal and external suppliers to ensure the prompt shipment and resolve any difficulties encounter.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.
  • Qualifications :

  • Degree holder in related fields.
  • At least 7 years working experience in supply chain operation management, with managerial experience is preferred.
  • Experience in 3PL management or physical operation.
  • Strong communication skills dealing with cross functional team.
  • Demonstrate business acumen.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data for effective supply chain cost and assets management.
  • Ability to manage projects and coordinate with different parties.
  • Skilled at MS office and better have ERP system experience.
