• Performs Receptionist Functions
  • Manages all open areas and training / meeting facilities of AXA Academy and ensures all items in good order
  • Manage facility usage, operations, tidiness of AXA Academy
  • Manage procurement and maintenance & upgrades of furniture, utilities, security systems & signage for the overall facility
  • Manages and maintains room booking system and ensure all rooms are well prepared for use
  • Responsible for operating and maintenance of AV Equipments, provides technical training and support to room users and coordinates with external contractors for daily maintenance
  • Provides office support services & performs administrative duties as required
  • Responsible for office administrative duties such as stationery ordering, coordination with IT / FS, equipment booking, etc.
  • Works closely with the Training Administration Team Head to coordinate efforts towards meeting deadlines and clarifying priorities
  • Higher Diploma or above of any discipline
  • At least 1-2 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity of sizable company
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to handle both internal and external customers
  • Good service mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Work under pressure and self-motivated
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Mandarin will be a plus
  • Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
