If you want to work on the latest digital channels and platforms, and you excel in answering customer queries in writing, this represents an ideal opportunity to develop or start a rewarding career in banking.

Joining our Contact Centre as Digital Customer Service Officer, you will handle customer enquiries through various digital platforms and channels.

Your role will be to understand their enquiries, then respond in writing to offer relevant investment products, services and solutions that meet their needs.

Through comprehensive and continuous training, on-the-job experience and sponsorship support for relevant qualifications, you have the opportunity to gain knowledge of banking, investment and financial products.

This is a job with interest and variety. Every customer and customer conversation is different, and where you will be provided with the support you need to learn and develop a banking career.

This position may suit a range of different people : you could be just starting on your career journey, looking to re-enter the workforce after a break, looking for a change of career direction, or even looking for a second career in a different life stage.


  • 香港中學會考(HKCEE) 五科合格 包括數學 中文或英文; 或持有香港中學文憑證書(HKDSE)或以上學歷
  • 能操流利的粵語 英語及普通話;
  • 良好溝通能力 精通電腦及繁體中文輸入速度不少於每分鐘 30 字
  • 每週工作5天 能適應彈性輪班工作 (包括日 夜 週末及公眾假期)
  • 無需銀行工作經驗 我們會提供所需培訓

  • A pass in 5 subjects for HKCEE including Maths, plus Chinese or English, or a holder of HKDSE or above.
  • Good verbal communications skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Good computer literacy with typing speeds of at least 30 words per minute in Traditional Chinese
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift covering days, nights, weekends and public holidays with a five-day working week.
  • No banking experience is required as training will be provided.
