We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Trustee and Fiduciary Services .
Oversee the daily operation of our trustee and fiduciary duties, from reviewing terminations and changes to schemes, schemes related breaches, to incidents and errors
Ensure schemes operation are in accordance with relevant regulations, such as MPFA ordinances, fund offering and scheme documentations and keep updated on the regulatory change
Review internal control and operation procedures on a regular basis and keep the team updated on the economic, regulatory requirement and technology changes pertaining to the industry
Ensure concerns and breaches are reported and escalated to scheme administrators, investment managers, governance committee, regulators and senior managements
Act as the principal point of contact of stakeholders, auditors, internal service providers, investment managers, scheme administrators and regulators for instance, in relation to fund issues, including but not limited to fiduciary matters and regulatory developments and ensure enquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manners
Facilitate open communication of the team and across the internal functions to ensure potential issues are identified and addressed to
Assess the standard operation procedures and identify areas of improvement, recommend solutions and assist the senior in leading enhancement and implementation of the initiatives
Provide training to the junior staff and service providers on our daily operation procedures and assist in the development of team members
University degree in business administration or related disciplines
Solid working experience in the trustee and fund industry, candidates from pension and MPF businesses is highly preferred
Trustee and Funds experience and profound understanding of the Hong Kong mandatory provident fund regulatory environment and fund structures
Ability to cultivate strategic client relationships and experience in dealing with legal, accounting and technical issues arising in relation to servicing pension schemes and funds
Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify gaps and propose viable solutions
Experience in dealing with clients at senior level is a must
Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong attention to detail and strong team working ability
High degree of computer literacy
