HR Director

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, including talent management, training and development, staff retention, coaching and employee relations, compensation and benefits and performance management.
  • Direct the development and execution of human resources strategies in alignment with the business visions and goals.
  • Work closely with senior management in the implementation of policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development.
  • Develop reward management and remuneration policies and systems.
  • Ensure the policies and procedures are in compliance with PRC labour law, as well as corporate direction.
  • Provide support in developing people capability through talent management or training.
  • Cultivate & maintain corporate culture.
  • Build a professional and high performance HR Team.
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline. MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years relevant experience with 5 years in managerial level within multinational or sizable corporations which is more than 5000 employees.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is a must.
  • Excellent knowledge of Chinese labour law, labour market, social security system.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Be proactive, flexible, with a positive attitude
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese.
