Main Responsibilities

  • Understand the Corporate Online Banking products and services including merchant acquiring product and guide corporate customers to apply for or to activate / use Corporate Online Banking through hotline / email / other channels
  • Provide support to frontline RMs to solve problems met during application or use of Corporate Online Banking services
  • Escalate technical issues to Corporate Online Banking product owners and revert solutions when applicable
  • Keep proper records and documentations of all communications
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder with minimum 1 years of working experience in banking field.
  • Strong ownership and client oriented mindset and skills
  • Related customer support role / relationship manager experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn. Applicants who are not contacted within 8 weeks may consider their applications unsuccessful and their personal data will be retained by the bank for a period up to two years.
