Development Manager - Listing and Corporate Systems - Assistant Vice President

The incumbent will be responsible for IT system implementation, application development and maintenance activities on Finance, Treasury and HR systems.

Key responsibilities :

  • Work as IT partner to user departments for technical solution and advice
  • Manage vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Carry out duties within the system development life cycle, including user requirements collection, design, development, testing and production migration, in -accordance with the IT development standards and guidelines, and company-wide policies and standards
  • Liaise with other IT teams, business users and vendors for production release, deployment and rollout activities
  • Requirements :

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of IT system implementation and support experience
  • Solid background in supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and other corporate systems for sizable firm is preferred
  • Previous implementation experience in HR solution or Procurement solution is a definite advantage
  • Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
