Region People System Change Coordinator

This new position presents an exciting opportunity to provide support to the Region for the deployment and adoption of a new Global People Cloud System.

Reporting to Region People System Programme Lead, the Region People System Change Coordinator will work closely with Global Change Analyst, Global People System Communications & Engagement Lead and Region People System Programme Team, to consult, develop and implement effective change, communication and engagement plans for the Programme.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with Region People System Programme Lead and Global People System Communications & Engagement Lead to develop and distribute new people system related content
  • Shape and deliver communication from Global People System Programme Communications & Engagement Lead and Global Change Analyst
  • Work closely with the region’s internal communications team to align global content to local messaging and audience
  • Form Change Network’ and act as Change Ambassador across the region. Support Region People System Programme lead with region stakeholders’ engagement, provide proactive and timely updates on progress
  • Support Global Change Analyst and Region People System Programme Lead with change and communication key deliverables such as setting up and organising change workshops, change assessments in local regions, etc
  • Act as Communication and Engagement Point of Contact for Region People System Programme team, for which there is a need to deal with any issues, risks or gaps between the programme and stakeholders’ expectation and requirement
  • Review and format communication documents, including presentations, emails, word documents and reports, etc
  • Qualifications & Experience required :

  • Excellent written communication and editing skills in English. Good command of spoken Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook
  • With knowledge of HR system and with proven experience in rolling out new HRIS system will be an advantage
  • Ability to work efficiently against deadlines while maintaining high quality of work
  • Proven experience in communicating transformation programmes effectively to a diverse audience, and advising and influencing stakeholders
  • Good team player with proven ability to build, develop and sustain effective working relationships at all levels
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and confidence in using different digital and social media tools
  • This position will be on a contract basis for 12 months, which may be lengthened or shortened subject to project development.
