The Job

  • Setup, test and deploy marketing campaigns including personalization and dynamic content across different platforms within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Leverage Journey Builder to deliver multi-touch communications
  • Create SQL queries in Automation Studio to segment audiences
  • Provide troubleshooting for stakeholders working on deliverables and encountering errors or technical issues with SFMC or CRM platform
  • Tracking of campaigns Pre / post campaign analysis
  • Data extraction / analysis via google analytics / SFMC / CDP
  • Digital campaign management and delivery

  • Working and developing on Journeys via Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Email Studio
  • Assisting in campaigns operation and creation, including working on comms setup, data configuration, audience creation, and utilization of capabilities in SFMC
  • Review campaign possibility and develop solutions on Automation Studio, Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and Journey Builder in SFMC
  • Applying functional knowledge of SFMC enabling personalization of Email content using AMP Scripting / HTML / CSS
  • Utilizing technical knowledge of SFMC to develop new / modifying existing Journey’s and Automations
  • Designing, developing, testing, documenting, and deploying high quality business solutions on the SFMC platform based on business needs
  • Act as best practice knowledge base on SFMC products, updated on key new features and functions of SFMC, such as Einstein
  • Review and QA the campaigns / automations setup in the team
  • Work with cross-functional teams and external parties perform UAT app and digital journey enhancement
  • Provide an on-going support, troubleshoot, and validate production issues to perform the root cause analysis, reconciliations, perform corrective actions for issue resolution
  • Work on / involve the ad hoc MarTech projects and assignments such as CDP integration / implementations / design, automate workflow, automate personalization comms, etc
  • The Role

  • University graduate in marketing, technology, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in an eCRM / digital marketing campaign role with relevant industry experience in CRM, preferable in agency / ad-tech vendor
  • Demonstrates ability to plan processes and work across broad, diverse groups to assure work is completed in a timely manner
  • Good understanding of data relationships, digital customer journeys and segmentations
  • Must have experience automating marketing campaigns in the Salesforce environment or any other marketing automation tools (Braze / Adobe Marketo / Oracle Eloqua)
  • Strong SQL and HTML skillset is a must
  • Proficiency in google analytics and amscript is preferred but not necessary
  • Proficient in spoken and written English desirable to have proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Less experience or Fresh graduate with strong SQL and passionate in Martech would also consider as CRM Executive
