DFS global marketing team is seeking an analytics manager to join our team and contribute to our daily data operation work.
As a marketing analytics manager, you will be responsible for running customer and marketing data analytics work to support marketing efforts and decisions.
An ideal candidate would be expected to have strong background in SQL, PowerBI and exposure to Python to support analytics workstream for the marketing team.
Based upon your rich experience with customer analytics suites and familiarity with statistical techniques such as modelling and coding, you will collaborate closely with different marketing counterparts to handle business-as-usual activities.
We are looking for self-starters who can work in a rapidly changing retail industry and demonstrate strong problem-solving ability in a young and challenging environment.
Meanwhile, training program and mentoring would be provided to accompany your learning process and onboarding to the role.
Responsible for wrangling data in multiple formats and systems including extracting, sorting, merging, aggregating and filtering large datasets for analysis
Build clear, actionable reports / dashboards / presentations based on existing assets & data visualization tool
Closely collaborate across marketing functions to promote data-driven culture, drive maximum incremental sales under a customer centric mindset
Engage with different divisions to support database exploratory analysis and segmentation to address key business questions
Run global and brand campaign targeting, performance analysis and evaluation
Provide dashboard training to internal users
Check data integrity and report data issues to technical teams
Day-to-day support on data administrative tasks and projects’ UAT
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines
Solid data crunching skills (SQL, Python Pandas)
Experience in BI / dashboard tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or similar toolsets
With 5+ years of data analytics experience, ideally with marketing exposure (less experience would be considered as assistant manager)
Passion and strong interest for marketing analytics
Proficient in Office, Excel for data manipulation, analysis, charting, and automation
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Ability to collaborate well with different counterparts and good teamwork
