Duties :

  • Perform general reception duties at reception area,
  • Supervise office assistant for daily routines;
  • Handle general administrative duties including office supplies, repair and maintenance, procurement, office renovation, travel arrangement, hotel and ticket booking etc.
  • Assist in organizing company activities and ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • With over 2 years relevant working experience in reception and administration;
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Good ORAL English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Full CV in MS Word format + photo (optional)
