Regularly review the processes operation efficiency To implement development plan to achieve the company objectives To provide training to EB staff on medical claim knowledge To assist in system development and enhancement.
To produce claims and audit reporting To carry out other duties and ad hoc projects as directed by the senior management from time to time The Person : Degree holder Minimum 15 years relevant experience in medical insurance claims including 5+ years in managerial positions Qualification of FLMI is an advantage Knowledgeable in Employee Benefits insurance Proficiency in medical claims knowledge Strong analytical and problem solving, self-motivated and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing) Management skill is essential Able to initiate & implement technology and processes changes Good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written
