Helpdesk Support Specialist

Company : Corporation / Salary : $Negotiable

Responsibilities :

  • Provide daily technical support for end users
  • Handle hardware and software problems
  • Closely work with Group IT for technical project development and Servers implementation included installation, monitoring and application support
  • Lotus Notes Application development and deploy, Web server and Notes Application maintain and update shooting and remote control support
  • Assist network infrastructure with tracking the progress of engineers in repairing and checking systems
  • Participate in the ad-hoc assignment
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree holders and above in computing & related discipline
  • Solid experience in IT user support, preferably gained from sizable firm
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Languages : Good in English
