The Senior Human Resources Officer (SHRO) for the Head of APAC is a direct report to Citi’s Global Head of Human Resources being responsible for all the HR functions and processes and will serve as a member of the HR Operating Committee (HROpCo).
Citi is looking to appoint an experienced HR professional, with extensive expertise across all HR functions, both strategic and operational, and with demonstrated success in running the HR function well with a business perspective.
The role involves working with stakeholders across all Citi businesses and the APAC region and partnering with corporate colleagues to provide insight into strategic initiatives.

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15+ years HR experience with strong executive presence and ability to drive the Human Capital strategy across all levels of APAC.
S / he will have the ability to build trusted relationships with peers and interact effectively with employees, Corporate and external partners at all levels and be a critical partner with the business in developing HR strategies for the Asia Pacific countries across sectors.
