    Job description :

  • Manage day to day operations in the service counter
  • Maintain a high level of staff's service standards
  • Handle customer's enquiries and complaints
  • Attend to shoppers enquiries and all aspects of customer service
  • Perform centre promotions related activities such as gifts redemption
  • Requirements :

  • Experience in a shopping mall or hotel concierge service is an advantage
  • Possess good leadership qualities and interpersonal skills
  • Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on shifts duties
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Fresh graduated welcome
