  • Attain call frequency on priority customers in line with cycle targets.
  • Plan efficient territory coverage utilising continually updated sales and customer data to achieve or exceed agreed sales targets as set by direct superior.
  • Co-ordinate with marketing to arrange medical meetings, health seminars and other related promotional activities.
  • Develop new accounts actively; follow up with existing accounts on regular basis; maintain good relations and rapport with doctors.
  • Submit periodic reports with updated market information on any clinical changes and opinions, competitor activities and research projects.
  • Use approved promotional materials on territory consistent with current marketing strategy.
  • Ensure all activities comply with all regulations in Hong Kong and Company standards.
  • Identify and develop customer’s drive strategy based on up-to-date knowledge of healthcare market, including Teva / Actavis products and local patient trends.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Science
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Excellent selling skills and product knowledge
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good networking with healthcare professionals and others
  • Strategic mind-set : Market analysis, objective setting, action plans development and implementation
  • Ability to self-prioritize to achieve pre-sales target and sales growth
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
