IT Project Manager (Office Relocation) Leading Financial Institution Description Responsibilities : Manage Project Delivery and coordination in multiple technical areas, including Data and Voice Network, Security, Distribution Systems, Application, Data Centers etc.

Work with the technical team and business unit to drive the whole office relocation projects. Liaise and communicate with various key stakeholders who is affected by the relocation.

Identify potential project risk and define the right mitigation strategy. Manage the project budget, cost management according to internal business management rules.

Work with senior management on communications, project updates, and escalation. Requirements : At least 5 years experience in hands-

on project management for enterprise IT environment. Experience in managing an office relocation project for a large financial institution.

Extensive project management skills in planning, budgeting, tracking, status reporting, stakeholder management etc. Understanding of various technology platform across Desktop, Servers, Data Center, Network etc.

Experience on modern office IT setup to improve user experience PMP or Prince2 is preferred. Articulate and able to communicate with senior executives.

Bachelor Degree in IT and / or Business Management from a reputable University. Country Hong Kong Company Financial Service Company Salary US$50,000 -
