Dual reporting into the Head of Performance and Reward and the Regional Director of HR Effectiveness, this incumbent will focus on creating and improving our current HR processes by focusing on the experience of our employees, so that they can get the most out of their lives and careers with us here at Prudential! To do this, this role will support the Reward and HR Effectiveness teams in marketing and redefining the way people feel about their performance, reward and HR processes at work.

This in turn will aid in driving productivity, innovation, and enhanced People services for our employees by improving our human resources processes, programs and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Input into and coordinate employee experience frameworks, systems and roadmap (e.g., annual performance and compensation year end process)
  • Provision of analytics and reports to identify gaps and opportunities, both short and long term
  • Support ways to measure and assess impact of initiatives put in place to enhance employee experience
  • Review reward processes and practices with a Diversity & Inclusive lens
  • Support internal communication and events to promote awareness and adoption of new HR processes, frameworks and / or programs (e.
  • g., annual benefit renewal)

  • From time to time, oversee scheduling of group workshops and meetings
  • Support ad hoc projects as required
  • Who we are looking for :

    Competencies & Personal Traits

  • Experience in marketing, data analytics and / or design thinking methodologies
  • Ability to synthesize information to derive insights, strong in numerate skills
  • A great sense of curiosity coupled with the passion for innovation and customer centricity
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office and / or understanding of other digital or new technological office tools
  • Experience of using Workday’s HCM platform is a bonus
  • Working Experience

  • Experience in Human Resources, or otherwise marketing, technology or finance domains
  • Degree of any subject area
