Job Overview As part of the commercial team, your role will focus on revenue generation, relationship building and key account management across North Asia, including Hong Kong, China & Japan.

You will work with clients, new and existing, to advise and offer opportunities across our portfolio which includes events, digital, & bespoke activities.

You will also be encouraged to commercialize new ideas from understanding the market and client base.

Responsibilities :

  • Grow and maximize revenues streams for the Campaign brand and products.
  • Meet regularly with clients to discuss opportunities and present ideas
  • Be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Strategically develop the client base to achieve sustained commercial success for the region
  • Drive revenue growth through individual efforts both with existing accounts and through constantly seeking new ways and areas to develop
  • Provide team support through putting together sales documents and sales collaterals to market and promote our products to our audience
  • Requirements :

  • Experience selling event, digital and integrated marketing products to clients
  • Background hitting and exceeding set revenue targets on a quarterly basis
  • The ability to present and create new ideas for clients
  • Mandarin and English language
  • Experience building relationships and key account management
  • Good listening skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic, confident, outgoing personality
  • Have a can-do, go-getter attitude and be positive in the approach to work
  • Willingness to travel
  • Degree holder
