The objective of this role is to increase internal and external adoption and engagement of AXA’s digital solution, in particular Emma by AXA, our digital platform to support AXA customers
To build strong working relationship with distribution channels to achieve our objective
To provide exceptional customer service to our distribution channels in a timely and accurate manner
Design and drive initiatives & projects to achieve the targets set on Emma by AXA for distribution channels e.g. training, campaign, contest, challenge etc.
including but not limited to :
Internal co-ordination on project delivery
External communications and alignment etc.
To establish regular 2-way communications with distribution channels, e.g. prepare agency bulletin, eDM, tutorial video etc.
Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
Proactive in providing feedbacks, drive and contribute to ongoing improvement on Emma by AXA
University graduate with minimum of 3 years of solid work experience in area of sales & distribution, digital engagement or similar capacity
Solid experience in working in collaboration with sales distribution (e.g. agency, broker)
Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
Strong relationship building, customer service and presentation skills, with a problem-solving & can-do attitude
Experienced in designing and driving projects related to distribution channels (e.g. agency)
Experienced in driving and delivering projects and initiatives related to distribution channels
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Resilience and a positive and growth mindset
Patience and perseverance when handling tough cases & complaints
Proactive and goal oriented, willingness to accept new challenge and tasks
Strong organisational skills with a key ability to prioritise and flex across a varied portfolio of work
