Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for overall structural project planning, design, financial and quality control, implementation and management
  • Work closely with clients and collaborators from project conception to completion, and recommend solutions
  • Monitor quality of design and commercial performance along with leading teams of engineers and other professionals
  • Liaise and communicate with project stakeholders, consultants, client’s representatives and / or contractors for project delivery and maintain effective collaboration
  • Responsible for project bid and tender, business development and management of team’s performance
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
  • Qualifications & Experience required :

  • Degree in structural engineering or related discipline
  • Corporate membership of relevant professional institution(s)
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience in large-scale building projects along with sound knowledge of structural engineering and building requirements / practices in Hong Kong
  • Strong problem solving skills and commercial awareness
  • Proactive mindset with strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • RPE qualification is preferred
