Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities :

  • Support on credit control activities including monitor and control DFO, minimize debt outstanding and overdue AR balance for East Asia Region
  • Engage with Business Groups to structure the contractual terms and conditions for prompt payment
  • Conduct and review of credit check to evaluate client creditworthiness
  • Maintain proper records of client data for evaluating client regional risk exposure
  • Prepare monthly KPI reports including cash receipts forecast, bad debt, DFO, and debt analysis
  • Prepare and review of reminder letters
  • Liaise with Legal team and Business Groups to agree on strategies for debt recovery
  • Support on system implementation and standardized credit control processes across the region
  • Motivate and develop individuals within the team appropriately
  • Provide support on activities involved month-end and year-end closing
  • Qualifications & Experience required :

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • At least 7 years of billing and credit control experience gained from MNC environment, preferably within APAC region
  • Mature, proactive, independent with good communication skills
  • Well organized, self-starter, strong sense of responsibility, strong analytical mind and teamwork oriented
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with JD Edwards is a plus
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Credit Analyst.
