Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities :
Support on credit control activities including monitor and control DFO, minimize debt outstanding and overdue AR balance for East Asia Region
Engage with Business Groups to structure the contractual terms and conditions for prompt payment
Conduct and review of credit check to evaluate client creditworthiness
Maintain proper records of client data for evaluating client regional risk exposure
Prepare monthly KPI reports including cash receipts forecast, bad debt, DFO, and debt analysis
Prepare and review of reminder letters
Liaise with Legal team and Business Groups to agree on strategies for debt recovery
Support on system implementation and standardized credit control processes across the region
Motivate and develop individuals within the team appropriately
Provide support on activities involved month-end and year-end closing
Qualifications & Experience required :
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
At least 7 years of billing and credit control experience gained from MNC environment, preferably within APAC region
Mature, proactive, independent with good communication skills
Well organized, self-starter, strong sense of responsibility, strong analytical mind and teamwork oriented
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with JD Edwards is a plus
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferred
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Credit Analyst.
